Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time. We are working on options.

How soon after my order is paid for is it shipped?

Monday’s-Friday’s – Within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays and natural disasters

What happens if a product doesn’t arrive?

We will contact USPS, as well as the vendor to expedite a proper solution. If no solution can be reached, we will refund your money.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

PAYMENT & RETURNS

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept US Bank Pay – they act as an escrow service between the buyer and seller. They will not release funds until the buyer’s product has arrived.

What is your return policy?

Refunds can be made up to the point where they are shipped. Once shipped, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions.

Clones/ slips didn’t root, will you replace them?

We only guarantee clones and slips up to 24 hours after delivery. We advise the following instructions:

  • Please Inspect the slip upon arrival
  • We are proud to offer a 24 hour guarantee slip protection- please contact us immediately upon arrival if there are any issues.
  • We advise re-cutting just above the rock wool provided with a sterile razor blade using your preferred cloning gel.

What if my clones/slips did not root?

We will work with the vendor to get replacements. 

My seeds didnt germinate, will you replace them?

We will work with the vendor to get replacements. 

My equipment doesnt work, will you replace it?
